Handling of Complaints or Appeals

Recording

Any complaint or appeal can be documented by selecting the relevant business area below and completing the provided form.

Assignment

The complaint is directed to the appropriate department within HALEYS that is responsible for the specific service or product, and it is duly registered.

Responsibilities

Clear roles and responsibilities are designated at both the operational and management levels for the proper handling of the complaint.

Resolution

The initial response, follow-up, coordination, investigation, and implementation of corrective actions, as applicable, are carried out within specified timeframes, depending on the nature of the complaint.

Closure

The complaint is considered resolved and closed, with communication to the complainant, once the actions taken are deemed satisfactory.

Confidentiality

Complaints related to the performance of one of our customers will typically be forwarded to that customer for their review and response. For all other complaints, confidentiality will be maintained, and information will not be disclosed to any third party unless expressly agreed upon with the complainant.
This process also applies in the event that HALEYS receives an appeal, whether it pertains to a complaint decision or a certification decision, including instances of suspension or withdrawal.
